Our signature class is designed to lift, tone, and tighten target areas. Our technique combines functional fitness training, pilates, yoga, and dance to create a fusion sure to engage the full body. Through specialized sequencing each exercise focuses on small isolated movements to fatigue the muscle, followed by a large range of motion to elevate the heart rate. This class is good for all fitness levels and body types.
